Hi there, I’m a practitioner in Bowen Therapy, Functional + Therapeutic Breathwork, and Embodied Iching.
Originally hailing from Far North Queensland, my recent journeys of tethering a career towards body/energy work, have led me back to Yidindji country - to share my practices; connect, heal and continually expand my knowledge further.
My primary focus is to assist clients to gain balance, release, clarity and mobility; with an assertive and intentional focus towards Bowen therapy treatments, Men's elemental Neigong, and Breathwork facilitation
What is Bowen therapy?
Bowen Therapy is an Australian healing modality that encompasses facets of Eastern wisdom, with a modern anatomical approach towards alleviating physical issues that include: Mobility, Muscular pain, Sciatica, Digestive issues, Earache, Migraines, Chronic Fatigue, Menstrual/Hormonal irregularities, Respiratory issues, RSI, sports which allow the body to diagnose, release and recalibrate any form of tension, emotion or mobility issue that is impacting that particular muscle group.
Alongside a host of physical attributes Bowen Therapy can offer to support with each client; it is immensely effective as a general body balancing practice. This can be energetically, if a client is unwell, or to support lymphatic drainage, organ detoxification and an immune system stimulating response. Body balancing has been proven to not only assist with dissolving any physical tension the body might be holding, but to allow the client the space to down regulate, soften and feel held in a complete sense of relaxation and stillness.
